This building went from a closed pharmacy to a working office people rely on every day. It had been sitting empty with outdated systems and a layout that no longer fit any real use. The structure was solid, but everything inside needed to be rethought. We took it down to the essentials and rebuilt it for how we actually work. We installed new HVAC, updated the electrical, replaced all flooring, and reconfigured the space into functional offices. We also added a commercial kitchen to support future use and make the space more flexible.
