This empty shell needed to become a place small businesses could actually move into and start working. The space inside Grove City Business Center was open and unfinished, with no defined offices, limited airflow, and no separation for tenants. It was not usable in its current state. We framed out multiple office spaces to create clear layouts for each tenant. We installed dedicated HVAC runs for consistent heating and cooling, updated the electrical for everyday business use, and added polycarbonate wall panels to bring in light while maintaining privacy. Now the space supports multiple small businesses with functional offices that feel open, practical, and ready to use from day one. Tenants can move in, meet clients, and get to work without needing to modify the space.
